We constantly monitor and review field appraiser performance,
to assure the continuing quality of our reports. Each appraisal
is reviewed by a "Senior Appraiser" who has at least 15 years
experience in the industry. Not only are our appraisers are
licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, but they are also
required to take continuing education courses to keep them
current in the latest trends in the fast paced real estate market.

We are currently submitting 2000 valuations per year. This volume is large
enough to sustain us. At the same time, we are small enough that we can give

to clearly show the direction of the market. In large, well-known PUD projects
