Our senior appraisers are directly responsible for the entire assignment, and are supported by highly qualified field and office staff. We constantly monitor and review field appraiser performance, to assure the continuing quality of our reports. Each appraisal is reviewed by a "Senior Appraiser" who has at least 15 years experience in the industry. Not only are our appraisers are licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, but they are also required to take continuing education courses to keep them current in the latest trends in the fast paced real estate market. This experience and high level of quality control allows us to provide you with the most accurate value for your home.

Our goal is to offer you the very best value in this highly competitive market. We recognize the significance of the investment, and the value of the trust a lender or homeowner places in us when they choose us to be their appraisers... We are currently submitting 2000 valuations per year. This volume is large enough to sustain us. At the same time, we are small enough that we can give the personal attention that an inspection and report deserves.

We endeavor to exceed all competition by providing time sensitive reports with a maximum of comparables. Where possible we also include active listings to clearly show the direction of the market. In large, well-known PUD projects we include sales statistics including absorption and volumes
